Inventory Policy

AURRONEX LLC maintains careful inventory management to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

Stock Availability

We strive to keep accurate inventory counts on our website. Products marked as “In Stock” are typically available for immediate shipment.

Inventory Updates

Our inventory is updated regularly throughout the day. However, due to high demand, items may occasionally sell out between updates.

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you immediately via email and offer the following options:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked (if available)
  • Choose an alternative product
  • Receive a full refund

Backorders

We do not currently accept backorders. All items must be in stock at the time of purchase.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we may offer pre-orders for upcoming products. Pre-order items will be clearly marked with expected availability dates.

Inventory Holds

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Inventory is only allocated when payment is successfully processed.
